Trøndelag offers a diverse landscape of fertile valleys, rivers, and beautiful coastal areas. The region has a long tradition of fruit cultivation and artisanal craftsmanship, with farms producing apple juice and handcrafted ciders from local ingredients. Visitors can enjoy farm shops, tastings, and guided tours, and savor authentic cider products amid scenic surroundings.

Inderøy Farm Brewery has been producing apple cider since 2015, making it the world’s northernmost commercial cider producer. The farm has its own orchard with around 60 trees and supplements its production with apples from 3–4 nearby farms.

The farm is operated organically and is Debio-certified, with around 4,500 apple trees and a wide variety of other fruits and berries. The apple and pear trees include 60–70 different varieties, from dessert apples to cider apples sourced from England, the USA, and Eastern Europe. In the farm’s own tasting room, we offer tasting menus featuring drinks and food made from our own produce or local ingredients, focusing on authentic flavor experiences right in the heart of the orchard.
